Fiskars & BC Zalgiris Kaunas partnership activations in Lithuania

The objective was to manage the sponsorship contract (BC Zalgiris), and create an activation plan to enhance the contract. Malja plays the role of glue between Fiskars and BC Zalgiris Kaunas by participating in brainstorming and planning of Social Media activations, creating contests for spectators and following execution, planning and executing fan- engaging promotions, brainstorming and planning for PR activation, Goodwill and CSR campaign.
Malja has been working as an outsourced project manager to activate the contract possibilities, and to act as a first point of communication between the property & the sponsor. This has strengthen the link between Fiskars & the team.
To boost Fiskars' partnership with the BC Zalgiris Kaunas team Malja created a game activation during the basketball games which appeared at the arena and in social media. This way the Zalgiris' fans were activated by the brand before, during and after the games.
FEEDBACK / RESULTS:
The activations had appearance during the games approximately with 14 000 people and reached over 91 000 people in Fiskars Lithuania Facebook page and over 97 000 people BC Zalgiris Kaunas Facebook page.
